Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask Tembo to access, correct, provide, or delete certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
Send a request
Email support@heytembo.com from the email address associated with your account. Use one of these subject lines:
- Access my Tembo data
- Correct my Tembo data
- Download my Tembo data
- Delete my Tembo data
- Privacy question
- Privacy appeal
Tell us what you are requesting and include your username if you remember it. We may ask you to verify control of the account before sharing, changing, or deleting information.
Email a privacy requestWe will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot complete a request, we will explain why when the law requires us to do so.
