Manage or delete your Tembo content

You can delete individual Moments and Storylines or change who can see your Storylines without deleting your account.

Delete a Moment

  1. Open the Moment.
  2. Open the ••• menu.
  3. Choose Delete Moment.
  4. Confirm deletion.

The Moment will disappear from Tembo. Related media cleanup may finish in the background.

Delete a Storyline

  1. Open the Storyline.
  2. Open the ••• menu.
  3. Choose Delete Storyline.
  4. Confirm deletion.

Deleting a Storyline removes it from Tembo. This is different from closing a Storyline, which preserves it and stops new Moments from being added until it is reopened.

Change who can see your content

Open Persona → Settings → Privacy to change the maximum audience for your Storylines and Moments. A Storyline can use that audience or a narrower one, but it cannot be more public than your account setting.

Email support@heytembo.com from the email address associated with your account. Tell us what you want deleted and include enough detail to identify it.
