Delete your Tembo account

1. Open Persona.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Account.
4. Select Delete account.
5. Review the warning and confirm.

Once Tembo accepts the request, your account and content are no longer available in the app. We then complete authentication, media, and backup cleanup across our providers. Limited restricted or de-identified records may be kept when necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Email support@heytembo.com from the email address associated with your account.

Include:

• the subject Delete my Tembo account;
• your Tembo username, if you remember it; and
• a short note confirming that you want the entire account deleted.

You can delete individual Moments or Storylines without deleting your whole account. Manage or delete your content.
