Report something on Tembo

You can report a profile, Storyline, or Moment that may violate Tembo’s Community Guidelines.

Report in the app

  1. Open the profile, Storyline, or Moment.
  2. Open the ••• menu.
  3. Choose Report.
  4. Select the reason that best describes the concern and submit.

Reports are confidential. The person you report will not be told who submitted the report. A report does not automatically remove content or prove a violation; Tembo reviews the available context and takes action when appropriate.

Contact the safety team

If you cannot report in the app, email support@heytembo.com with the subject Safety report. Include the username and the relevant Storyline or Moment, along with a concise description of the concern.
